Nikhil Desai - Co-founder & CEO

Nikhil completed his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from People's Education Society Institute of Technology, Bangalore in Electronics and Communications in 2005. After working for about a year in Delphi Corp in the field of automobile design software, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in 2008. Thereafter, he worked as 'Senior Associate' in the Risk Management team at Infosys, Bangalore for a year.

Badrinath C N - Admin Head

Badrinath C N had his initial education in Bangalore and then relocated to Calcutta for high school education. He once again came back to Bangalore to do his graduation in Bachelor of Science at St Joseph's College Bangalore University. He further continued his studies to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Malnad College of Engineering at Hassan Mysore University.

Ruchika Satish - Program Manager

Ruchika is a TERI University graduate with Masters in Water Science and Governance program. She has completed her Bachelors in environmental engineering from VVCE, Mysore. She was working as Zilla Swachh Bharat Prerak, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation and Tata Trusts, in the districts of Karnataka followed by Goa. As ZSBP, Ruchika's role was to help the district administration in effective implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission (G).

Ms Arima Mishra

Prior to joining Azim Premji University, Arima was teaching in the University of Delhi. She also served as a Social Scientist in IC-HEALTH, Delhi (an initiative of World Health Organization and Global Forum for Health Research) and Institute of Public Health, Bangalore. She has more than twelve years of research experience examining research themes in the areas of medical sociology, sociology of childhood and sociology of poverty and marginalization. In the area of medical sociology, she has been working on a wide range of issues including social construction of chronic illness, notions of 'evidence', in medicine and other healings systems, immunization and mother-child health, health systems governance and methodological interface between social science and public health.
